Spend your summer guiding students through thrilling activities across Malta and Comino, ensuring their experience is not only educational but also full of fun and adventure. At ACE, our General English Junior Summer Programme is all about helping young learners improve their English skills and build confidence. Through engaging classroom lessons and a vibrant leisure programme packed with sports, cultural visits, and fun activities, we create an experience that blends learning with excitement. What You'll Do
Lead and oversee student groups during exciting activities such as excursions, discos, beach days, and sports.
- Prioritize students’ safety and well-being, providing assistance in emergencies when necessary.
- Foster a fun and lively atmosphere, encouraging students to fully enjoy their time on the island.
- Serve as a mentor and support system, ensuring students feel comfortable and at ease during their stay and activities.
- Work a rotating shift schedule, 6 days a week.
- Maintain continuous communication with both our academic and operations teams to support any needs or issues that arise throughout the program.
- Play a key role in welcoming students on their first day at the hotel, and sharing essential information about the program’s schedule and activities. You will also provide support on their final day, assisting with check-out and transportation arrangements.
- Additionally, you may occasionally be asked to welcome student groups at the airport.

About You
- Enthusiastic, organized, energetic, and a natural leader with a passion for guiding others.
- Strong communicator, able to build connections and manage international student groups effectively.
- Available to work from June to August 2025, with contracts of varying lengths, including evenings and weekends.
- Legally eligible to work in Malta (Maltese/EU passport holder).
- Proficient in English (C1 level preferred); Additional language skills in Italian, Maltese, Russian, and Polish are considered a plus.
- Adaptable and flexible, comfortable with different activities and schedules.
- First Aid certified, with prior experience working with kids/teens being an advantage.
