Description

The Academic Office Intern will provide essential administrative support to the academic office staff, assisting with various tasks related to student services, records management, and office operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining practical experience in a dynamic educational setting.

Responsabilities

  •  Assist with student services:
    • Provide information and guidance to students regarding academic operations and general inquiries.
    • Support the coordination of students during progress tests
    • Maintain accurate student records and databases. 
  •  Aid in office operations:
    • Direct inquiries to appropriate staff members.
    • Provide assistance and help to the Director of Studies and the Academic Assistants.
    •  Prepare and distribute certificates to the students.
    •  Help in solving student’s complaints and requests
  •   Support administrative tasks:
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records.
    • Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports as assigned.
  •   Collaborate with academic staff:
    • Work closely with academic team, and other office personnel to ensure smooth operations.
    • Provide assistance in preparing materials for teachers
    • Assist in the coordination of academic projects and initiatives.
  •  Maintain confidentiality and professionalism:
    • Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
    • Uphold ethical standards and adhere to the institution's policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  •  Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  •  Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Professional demeanour and strong work ethic.
