Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Student Visa Advisor.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality customer support to our students and partners, including answering questions, resolving issues, and addressing concerns. You will also be the primary point of contact for all third country nationals seeking assistance with student visa applications.

Responsibilities

  • Providing personalised and detailed advice on student visa applications to third country nationals, including information on requirements, deadlines, and documents needed
  • Assisting with the preparation of student visa application materials, such as forms and supporting documents
  • Responding to inquiries and requests for information from students and clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing support and assistance to students with any welfare or personal matters that may arise.
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the school

Requirements
