Who are the courses for?
Learning as a group can be a kind of team-building exercise for a company, a study holiday for friends looking for a novel and unusual kind of vacation, or a pre-wedding ritual for a bride-to-be and her bridesmaids team before she marries an English-speaking guy (not joking!) The goal is to combine classroom lessons with an immersive cultural experience by organising different activities and excursions around the Maltese islands, allowing your group to practise English and boost your confidence in the language through real-life situations and adventures shared together.
Your group will take home some fantastic memories of the time in Malta and the bonding experience of helping each other to learn, as well as a new-found confidence and pride in your expanded range of language skills. Come together, learn together, achieve together!

Course Book (Only for Ace Group 20 / 30)
Students on an adult course are provided with one course book throughout their stay at the school. Students will need to purchase additional coursebooks when they move up to a higher level or change course.
In the event that students require a change of level within their first week, students are able to exchange their coursebooks for a new book as long as the original book remains in the same condition with which it was provided.
Students who are unable to physically collect their course book prior to their first lesson may receive a code to access their book online. In such cases students should then collect their physical book from the school on the first day they are able.
The course book includes access to a free app that features a digital interactive version of the book and additional gamified language practice activities for class preparation and consolidation.
Placement test
One week before you arrive, we'll email you (or your agent will) a copy of our placement test, so keep an eye out for that. This test helps you and us to understand your English level and decide the best class for you, so as to ensure the optimal learning experience.
Classes are available for students of all different skills and experience levels, from Beginner to Advanced, with the lessons and course material of each class tailored carefully to fit the different levels as described in the CEFR guidelines:
- Beginners = A1
- Elementary = A1+
- Pre-Intermediate = A2
- Intermediate = B1
- Upper-Intermediate = B2
- Advanced = C1
