We are looking for an organized and motivated Visa Support Officer to assist and advise our students throughout their visa application process. The ideal candidate must have problem-solving, self-improving, and organization skills, accounting/finance skills and high familiarity with technology. Having an extra eye for technology is a big plus.

  • Collect, collate, and maintain data regarding students from third countries.
  • Provide guidance and support to students regarding visa application and appeal processes.
  • Collect, organize and submit documentation for student visa applications.
  • Implement measures to ensure that students are aware of school policies and available resources, especially those related to visas.
  • Maintain up to date information about general immigration processes and use it to assist in the revision of processes and policies as necessary.
  • Address any student inquiries, including those related to student visas promptly and professionally.
  • Assist other members of the operations department, including the Customer Experience Officer, during peak periods and as needed.
  • Generate and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere among students.
  • Assist in the management of student welfare procedures, addressing student concerns and needs, including visa-related concerns.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints using established company complaint protocols.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in administrative positions.- working proficiency in Spanish and English Language
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, or similar software.
