Description

We are looking for a high-energy sales representative B2C to join our boutique school. Your primary goal is to convert leads into enrolled students by selling the life-changing experience of learning English in Malta. This is a target-driven role for someone who loves the hustle of direct sales.

Responsabilities

  • Actively selling our services through daily phone calls, WhatsApp, and email sequences to prospective students.
  • Transforming inquiries into bookings by effectively communicating the value of our diverse courses.
  • Guiding students who are eager for an experience abroad through the sales funnel to close the deal.
  • Using our CRM to track every interaction and ensure no lead goes cold.
  • Conduct regular focus groups and gather feedback from clients and partners.
  • Assist in designing marketing campaigns targeting different countries.
  • Handle general administrative tasks (e.g., responding to emails, requesting missing information from students/partners).
  • Maintain internal databases to ensure information is kept up to date.
 

About you

  • You are dynamic, willing to act, and comfortable "picking up the phone" to close sales through direct calls and emails.
  • You bring a positive, high-energy attitude to a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess exceptional organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • You are a self-motivated individual who can work independently while remaining a team player.

Requirements and tools

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, specifically comfortable with high-volume outreach.Must be proficient with HubSpot, Fidelo, Google Space, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and ClickUp
  • A high level of English and Spanish is required.
  • Knowledge of Portuguese, Italian or French is considered a significant advantage.
  • Previous experience in the education industry is considered a plus.
