Description

We are looking for an organized and motivated Korean Customer Service representative to organise communication with our Korean in house clients and update and answer all the inquiries they may have, as well as collect, organise and report on client feedback with the aim of improving internal and external processes. The ideal candidate must have, high people skill, problem-solving, self-improving, organization skills, familiarity with technology and tools and previous experience in a customer service role. The candidate must be Korean National and have a high level of English. If you have an extra eye for technology and organization is a big plus.

Responsabilities

  • Welcoming new students hailing from Korea. 
  • Corresponding with Korean agencies to establish new collaborations and to nurture existing partnerships. 
  • Responsible for ensuring proper delivery of the product and service bought by each student, including course, accommodation and activities.
  • Carrying out regular focus groups and obtaining feedback from Korean clients.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and proposing changes to school procedures.
  • Assisting with the design of brochures for new Korean clients & agencies
  • Assisting with the design of marketing campaigns targeting Korean Market.
  • Oversee the induction and arrival experience for new students. 
  • Ensure high standards of student welfare are maintained at all times through compliance with legal and accreditation guidelines.
  • Deal with any student issues, problems, or complaints to ensure the highest standard of student satisfaction and customer care with focus on Korean students.
  • Front Office operations
  • Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation where required.
