Guaranteed Timetable Terms and conditions

This service allows clients greater control over their schedules by enabling the reservation of specific lesson times.

Currently, this option is available exclusively for ACE 20 and ACE 30 courses for adults. This option does not apply to parents attending a family programme. The school reserves the right to extend this offering to other courses at its discretion.

• Agencies or clients can reserve a specific schedule through our availability portal.
• Clients may hold a selected time slot for up to 72 hours without commitment. If not confirmed within this period, the slot will be automatically released.
• Once a time slot is confirmed, it is reserved exclusively for the client, and the schedule becomes fixed for the full duration of the course.
• Guaranteed Timetable bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
• Time slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Guaranteed Timetables must be booked for the entire duration of the course. Partial bookings are not permitted.

Post-confirmation of the guaranteed timetable, schedule changes will be considered as follows:

• More than 14 days before the start of the course:- Students will be allowed one complimentary change of schedule subject to availability at the time of the change. Any subsequent additional changes will be charged additional fees subject to availability of the requested timetable.
• Less than 14 days before the start of the course: - Schedule changes will only be allowed subject to availability and will be charged additional fees.
• After the start of the course: - Schedule changes will only be allowed subject to availability and will be charged additional fees.

Payments, Refunds and Cancellation Fees are governed by our standard terms and conditions.

Postponements are subject to the availability of the preferred guaranteed timetable at the newly proposed time. Additionally, our standard terms and conditions apply.

While the school will endeavor to adhere to the guaranteed timetable, it reserves the right to modify lesson times under exceptional circumstances. In such a case the additional payment for the unused guarantee timetable shall be refunded to the client.
