Description

We are looking for an organized and motivated South America Partner Assistant to maintain contact with our partner in Spanish Speaking countries and update and answer all the inquiries they may have. The ideal candidate must have, high people skill, problem-solving, self-improving, organization skills, and familiarity with technology and tools like CRM. The candidate must be a South American national as the main assistance will be provided to South American partners, therefore, the cadidate must understand the South American mentality and help us improve our product. However, a high level of English is required. Any Extra language is a bonus to be the perfect candidate. If you have an extra eye for technology and organization is a big plus.

Responsabilities

  • General administration (answer emails, request missing information to students/partners…)
  • Support our partners in South American or Spanish speaking countries and not only
  • Find new partners in South American or Spanish Speaking countries and not only
  • Speak directly with South American or Spanish speaking students and not only
  • Support manager
  • Maintaining internal databases

Requirements

  • South American National
  • Great English
  • Mimimum of 2 years dealing with clients.
